About Me

Dylan is passionate about helping athletes return to the activities they love and perform at their highest level. He believes that knowledge is power, and that understanding the source of an injury is one of the most important steps toward a successful recovery. By combining education, individualized treatment, and evidence-based care, Dylan empowers his patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation and long-term health.

Dylan earned both his undergraduate and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from East Carolina University. During physical therapy school, he worked as a graduate assistant in the Human Movement Analysis Lab, where he contributed to research focused on bone stress injuries in runners. Since graduating, Dylan has continued to expand his clinical expertise, becoming certified in dry needling and earning his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential.

Dylan has a special interest in working with endurance athletes, particularly runners and triathletes. As an endurance athlete himself, he understands the physical and mental challenges that come with training and competing while managing pain or injury. After completing his first Ironman 70.3 in 2025, he continues to pursue new endurance challenges and apply those experiences to his clinical practice. His goal is to help athletes stay consistent with training, recover efficiently, and return to doing what they love with confidence.
