About Me
Rachel began her healthcare career in New Jersey, taking on her prerequisite coursework at Brookdale College later earning her nursing certificate at Prestige Medical Solutions in Toms River. She built a strong clinical foundation through hands-on patient care while advancing into nursing.
Rachel went on to work at RWJBarnabas Health’s Community Medical Center, gaining experience in the Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical and Wound Care units before transferring to the Intensive Care Unit. Her time in the ICU was spent during a critical time in healthcare, strengthening her ability to perform in high-pressured environments while reinforcing her commitment to patient-centered care.
After relocating to North Carolina, Rachel continued her education at Wake Tech while taking on traveling nursing contract roles with Wake Med Hospitals. She later joined BYoung Physical Therapy and The Running PTs advancing from an Administrative role to Referral Coordinator, before ultimately joining the management team in August last year as Patient Experience Director.
Today, Rachel leads the administrative staff across multiple locations, leveraging her clinical insight and experience to drive efficiency and build high-performing teams. She is passionate about strengthening core foundations, optimizing workflows, and is deeply committed to ensuring every patient feels heard, valued, and cared for from their first interaction to their last.
