About Me
Carlin Long enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, but has a strong passion for working with endurance athletes.
Originally from Steubenville Ohio, Carlin earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Health Sciences from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Carlin is also a certified running coach through the International Sports Science Academy and enjoys performing running analyses and developing training plans for runners of all abilities.
Growing up, Carlin played a variety of sports including soccer and track and field in high school. During college, Carlin developed a passion for marathon running and has run many races including the Boston Marathon in 2023. His love for physical therapy stems from witnessing the positive impact the profession had on his mom’s quality of life following benign brain tumor removal.
