Dr. Hayden Liles, PT, DPT

Clinical Director — Cary

About Me

A native to Cary, North Carolina, Hayden Liles is incredibly passionate about serving the community she grew up in. She has always been interested in working with athletes, specifically with lower extremity injuries, due to experiencing her fair share of injuries during her athletic career and seeing the benefit of physical therapy in injury prevention and recovery.

Hayden received her Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University. Now, with years of hands-on clinical experience, Hayden is a dedicated physical therapist specializing in the treatment of volleyball players, runners, post-operative patients, and conservative management of a wide variety of orthopedic injuries. Having worked extensively with endurance and power athletes, Hayden understands the unique biomechanical demands of these activities and designs targeted rehabilitation programs that promote optimal performance, safe recovery, and injury prevention.

Hayden has extensive expertise in dry needling, gait analysis, manual therapy, and individualized exercise prescription. With a strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation and movement science, Hayden carefully evaluates each patient’s mechanics to identify the root cause of dysfunction and develop targeted, results-driven treatment plans. Hayden is committed to delivering individualized treatment to help athletes of all levels stay healthy. Her goal is to not only understand “what” the root cause of the injury is, but “why” it is happening to prevent re-injury and allow for full rehabilitation. By combining progressive exercise programming with hands-on techniques, Hayden helps patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and return confidently to the activities they value most.

Hayden treats both the upper extremity and lower extremity, but is particularly passionate about treating the knee, hip, foot and ankle.
