Catherine Herring
Director of HR & Operations

Catherine joined BYoung Physical Therapy and The Running PTs in 2020, quickly distinguishing herself through her leadership and dedication. She became Office Manager in 2022 and now serves as Director of HR and Operations. Catherine is passionate about creating environments that are supportive, efficient, and centered on providing the best possible experience for both patients and staff.

Nate has a passion for working in the sports and orthopedic setting where he uses an individualized, evidenced-based approach to help return his patients to athletic competition or to their everyday activities. His clinical interests include post-op rehab, musculoskeletal injuries, and utilizing his love of manual therapy and exercise to maximize patient outcomes.

Dr. Donaldson has always been interested in working with athletes and active populations and took a special interest in studying the benefits of injury prevention and recovery through physical therapy. At BYoung Physical Therapy, she was trained to analyze both pitching and running mechanics via 2D video analysis to improve efficiency and reduce risk of injury.
